At Project Exhaust we do understand that issues arise where you need the money back after purchasing an item for multiple reasons.  To make it fair, we don't charge a restocking fee at all.  We only ask that you pay to ship it back to us.  In order to be eligible to return any of our products, please contact us within 30 days from your date of purchase and we will issue an RMA number and instructions for shipping the item back.  All items must be in Brand New condition and never mounted.  Please make sure to keep the original box and bubble wrap to secure your item so it arrives in the same condition back to us.  Upon inspection of the item, we will then determine if the item meets the return policy requirements.  If your item is defective, our Lifetime Warranty on this product will cover this, if it was installed correctly and not modified in any way.  We also give you the option to receive a full refund of your original purchase amount OR we will gladly send you the same part free of charge.  The choice is yours.

When we ship your item, expect it to be packaged securely and with care.  We ship all products within 1-2 days or placing your order.  In most cases you will see your item arrive in 3-5 business days, but delays can happen on the delivery side from time to time.  With that said, please expect a max of 7 business days for shipping.

We stand by our workmanship and want you to feel at peace.  This is why all x-pipes come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects, which include cracking.  In order to be eligible, the x-pipe must not be modified in any way and NO heat wrap is allowed.  We will replace your X-Pipe and send you a new one Free of Charge.  All we ask is that a picture be sent to us for verification of the damage.  (Only the original purchaser of the x-pipe is covered under the initial warranty with a provided Order Number).
